I found this scene a few evenings ago. It seemed to make a powerful statement about how new life comes, despite death surrounding us. Symbolic, if you like. I love bluebells anyway, but this just added to the effect. What do you think?

I keep seeing people’s photos of swathes of bluebells and thinking I must go and find some before they start dying away. The clumps nearby have been pitiful this year!

Yes I agree, I think the contrast with the dead wood and the new flowers springing up around them speak to the constant journey of death and birth that is part of life on planet earth

this is a lovely shot. clearly it is Spring in the U K. there are lots of flower photos doing the rounds.:) bluebells look divine. i must get back to the UK to see them in bloom one day.
